We roast Mondays.
Everything here was green last week.
One roaster, one day a week, in batches small enough to taste each one. That's why the board changes on Mondays, and why nothing on the shelf is older than seven days.
No wifi.
No table service.
Order at the counter, then take it with you or stand at the window. The room is small on purpose. Come in, get a good coffee, get on with your day.
